   I will never be back! We brought our daughter here for a birthday dinner celebration. We sat at the table for over 40 minutes before receiving our drinks. I also had to get up and refill all of our water glasses. We asked for a drink refill that was never communicated to the appropriate person. It took over an hour for any food order to be taken (ie, appetizers, salads, entrees). It took over an hour to receive any food and our appetizers, soup & salad all came out together. After speaking to a manager and then the GM, we were assured that desserts🙄 and some “other” things would be taken care of. Service was awful! With no apologies from the server. To top it all off… the check came & very little comps were made and they added automatic gratuity as well- when service is what was horrendous. A nice steakhouse should have service so great, that auto gratuity shouldn’t be an issue- but obvious & decent customer service and compassion are no where to be found! Do not waste your time, I won’t even address a few plates that were not great, however edible. Be forewarned.

   We were very impressed by our entire experience from the front entrance desk employees to our wait staff and Jason was first class professional and warm and friendly. We ordered 2 appetizers each instead of a formal meal. All were excellent especially the escargot. It was my husband’s birthday and everyone helped us celebrate. He was given a complimentary dessert of his choice. We will return to this awesome gem in Nocatee.

   Great experience. Our waiter, Tyler was excellent. Service was great, front of the house ladies were so friendly and remembered the birthday we were celebrating. Just superb experience, steaks well seasoned and loaded potato delicious.

   A really good all around and overall experience. The team is very friendly, professional and helpful our waiter (young man from Newton, New Jersey) and his support team could not have been more helpful and professional. Octopus -- very juicy, served hot and tasty Wedge salad -- good portion and split for two. Brussel Sprouts -- very good Porterhouse -- cooked to medium rare and sliced family style. Good bottle of wine at a great price.... Daiquiri was a great start, too. we will be back.

   The food was delicious, and the steak was perfectly cooked to temperature. Our server, Trevor, was attentive and very helpful with menu suggestions. We will definitely be back.

   Delicious! Steaks and lobster cooked to perfection every time! Delicious Appetizers, sides, salads, desserts, and cocktails! So happy to have this Chop House in town!

   This was our first visit to the Chophouse at Nocatee…. We could not have been more pleased ! Though trying many steakhouses in Jacksonville, we were somewhat loyal to Ruth Chris…. Until last night. From the moment we entered the establishment that hostesses were pleasant and checked us in. We visited the beautiful bar area where service was amazing the drinks very consistent, In fact my wife found a Martini she absolutely loved. On to dinner. The atmosphere was elegant/comfortable…. The spaces were roomy and perfect for our date night. Trevor, our server was top notch, informative with questions, and very accommodating from beginning to end. We would welcome having him as our server in the future. Jake, the General Manager, stopped by to inquire how our experience was….. it was exceptional. We shared our believe we found our new spot for a supper meal and evening. We plan to be back soon and highly recommend the establishment. ……. Even though we haven’t even experienced the Root top area yet….. Next time !

   All of the food we got was amazing: focaccia bread, calamari, caesar salad, surf and turf, cowboy steak. Only downside is that it’s definitely reflected in the price. We also didn’t love where they sat us when we had a reservation. They placed us in a corner where the servers constantly try to work around you, meanwhile plenty of booths and tables were wide open. Would’ve loved to have a better table or not placed so close to other tables.

   We went for our anniversary and it was acknowledged by everyone from the hostess to the nice guy who poured our water. The food was excellent and the service was even better. Absolutely wonderful experience!
