   Our service was pretty bad, i usually never write reviews but it felt like too many things went wrong. As someone in the service industry I wanted to cut him some slack as I just got off work myself but felt like it would be noted when good or bad service happens. The server just took forever to greet us and while that never matters it was not even noted “I’ll be right with you” he just apologized a million times it was so awkward, then took forever to take our drinks orders, checking on tables next to us way more than us, asked us to check out the dessert but then forgot to give us the menu and was rushing us to order and asked to bring the bill before we even got the dessert then when the dessert got there just took the bill but we hadn’t even put the card in yet or taken a look so it felt like we were super rushed just so he could get the money and get cashed out to leave. Aside from that the food was great & so was the ambiance & the other server with an accent he was wonderful he brought us all our food and drinks.

   Every thing was great but the steak. More seasonings/flavor needed beyond the butter

   My wife and I had an amazing time at Chouette! Everything was great. The food was amazing and the service was excellent! We can’t say enough good things. We will definitely be back. Thank you for such a great time!

   Truly wanted to love this but have to agree with the others who were very disappointed by the quality and the service - there are so many exceptional places in the city that easily justify this price point or offer a better value and experience. Our server did not know anything about any item in the menu, couldn’t provide any recommendations, and generally seemed uninterested and uninformed. This, coupled with how subpar the food was, left us unsatisfied and disappointed - our steak frites was ordered medium rare and came out raw with soggy fries, and the truffle lobster pasta came out barely warm, with 3-4 tiny lobster pieces and no truffle flavor - for $70 and $50 each, we just expected better, and to spend $300 on dinner, the food and drink should be delicious. It’s a cool vibe, but be warned that you’ll grossly overpay for just that.

   The food was very tasty. Unfortunately, we were there when it was quite busy and several items we ordered never came, including salads, a side and a cheese plate. We all alerted the server that items were missing and she said she would have them brought to the table, but they never came…. And it was very difficult to get her attention. When we asked for the bill, we politely reminded the server not to include those items since they had never been delivered - the bill came and two of the items were still on it. The food we did have was delicious but for the price point, the service needs to be far better.

   Everything was great, delicious deviled eggs, caesar, and both entrees. Fun cocktail menu and great wine selections. We will be back for sure.

   Reservations do not guarantee a table upon arrival. Otherwise everything was perfect and the food was incredible.

   Food was good and it is a beautiful place. However. Our service was exceptional slow and our server. Failed to make eye contact or be personable. The team delivering food and filled water were great

    The food and drinks were good, but the service wasn’t the best. Our group had a reservation weeks in advance and were sat at the worst table in the restaurant right next to the front door. With it being a big birthday dinner we were disappointed. The food was good, but our entrees came out a little cold, and we could tell they were sitting there for awhile. The drinks were nice. We also could tell they were rushing us out of there which was a tad frustrating since we saw no one waiting for a table. Again, the food was good but the service and atmosphere was a tad disappointing.
