                        Terrific! Staff was great. We sat outside and they let our group stay until closing. The gluten free ravioli were delicious!

                        Menu selection is good. Food was fresh and delicious. Service was excellent. Outdoor dining area is very comfortable and clean.

                        All four of us enjoyed appetizers and our meals outside, which was very pleasant. The molten lava cake was a bit disappointing as it was not warm or soft(no lava)! Our waitress, Xiomara, was fantastic - like an old school waitress who engaged in banter and was extremely attentive. She contributed to us enjoying a very nice meal!

                        We were a party of six and were seated at a table that was set for four. It took multiple requests to get two more place settings. Our salads were served and still no place settings. After I called over the hostess and told her of the situation, the server finally brought the other two settings. This was after a minimum of fifteen minutes. We waited a considerably long time for our dinner to arrive of which two were served at room temperature. After patronizing this restaurant many times, I’m hesitant to return.

                        Disappointing visit We come here occasionally and usually enjoy our meal. Tonight was an exception. The staff seemed busy and distracted. I had to ask for napkin which was missing from the setup and for wine glasses. Ordering took a little longer than expected and the delivery even longer. Chilean sea bass was very good but eggplant entree wasn’t good. I’ve had better supermarket prepared meals. The eggplant wasn’t cooked through and the sauce was as if a jar of Ragu was dumped on top

                        Always such a wonderful experience at Ciao Bello. We originally made reservations for 1PM for a party of 12 a la carte , but we called to change for our large party and CB welcomed us with open arms. Service was top notch. Drinks were refilled continually, apps and entrees were hot, fresh and delicious. They accommodated our cake with a special table as a last minute request. Overall delicious and we look forward to dining again! Thank you!
