Ristorante ai massimi livelli. Location unica. Elegante ricco in uno dei più bei palazzi di Manchester. Cibo ottimo, dalla pizza (tra le migliori mangiate in assoluto) e carta vini fornitissima. Prezzi ottimi.

We had previously booked a table for 5 people on Christmas Eve and paid £100 deposit. However, on 7 December, we at at CIBO and it was shocking. We spoke to the manager who apologised and we advised him that we would like to cancel the table booked for Christmas Eve. The manager agreed at this point to refund £100 to the card we booked on. I then received a reminder on 24 December to say a table was booked at CIBO. I rang the restaurant and spoke to a member of staff called Megan; I explained that the table had been cancelled etc and she promised to call me back with refund details ... I didn't receive a call back and haven't received the refund.

Food and service were good but not sure it matched the price point for Manchester (around £75 a head we paid). We enjoyed the evening overall though

A terrible experience Initially the waiter was very disgruntled when we hadn’t decided what drinks we wanted and came across rude. We then ordered food which came within 10 minutes at the most. This should have taken longer for 4 freshly cooked dishes. We then had to return 2 dishes as they weren’t hot, and all the plates had NOT been heated up, so we’re cold! The dishes came back with no garnish this time, one was ok but the other still cold. Unbelievable after a complaint that the temperature of the food was not checked. So I sent my dish back a second time. There was no sincere apology or offer of a drink or anything else by way of a sorry. When the bill came there were no deductions. I asked the manager if there was any Compensation they could offer for me eating after my friends and daughter had already finished their meals. I was told it’s not company policy to make any deductions and the only thing I could do was to write to their head office which I’ve now found out is in another country and I’m having trouble finding an email address. The whole experience was hugely disappointing and ruined our Christmas Eve eve.
