È il riferimento assoluto di chi cerca un nuovo concept ristorativo e atmosfere cosmopolite per un aperitivo d’autore o una cena speciale nel cuore del centro storico. Ma non lasciatevi ingannare dalle atmosfere cool e internazionali: siamo all’interno dell’Hotel Helvetia & Bristol ma siamo il Cibrèo di sempre, con i piatti genuini e i sapori avvolgenti. Solo che adesso, con la stessa filosofia, facciamo anche dei cocktail pazzeschi.
Un Insieme di Cose Buone è il nostro Vassoio rivisitato, ma c’è anche il Risotto al Pomodoro, il Tagliolino Rubato, La Bistecca Fritta del Cibrèo, un percorso di mare da perdere la testa e dei dolci unici e sorprendenti anche nella forma che sono un inno al nostro credo: come Passione per la Terra.

We went to the original and decided to stay there rather than go to the cocktail bar. As it was the first night of San Remo festival we were the only guests… this made for very specialized attention yet also made for a lack of ambience. Beautiful place and excellent food nonetheless
