Great food. Limited selection. Bottled wine choices limited. Out door seating is very nice. Servers are very friendly.

I expected a premium dining experience at Cielo, but it fell far short. The food was mediocre at best—braised beef was chewy, and the banana cheesecake arrived with a visibly damaged corner that looked like someone had taken a bite. Service was slow and inattentive, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. For the prices charged, the quality and service didn’t come close to delivering value. We had a much better experience at a Thomas Keller restaurant in Vegas just days prior, and we spent less there. I stayed at the Adero Hotel, which is why we chose Cielo, but I wouldn’t dine here again or recommend it to others.

Shawn was a good waiter. The view and ambience was great! The live guitarist added to the atmosphere. The food was good but very expensive.

Really impressed. We first came for breakfast and were pleasantly surprised. We had breakfast burrito, eggs benny, and omelet. All great. Quick service and friendly staff. Then we came back for dinner. I saw some recent mixed reviews so was cautiously optimistic …. Impressed. First they were quick with everything, water, drinks and bread. We ordered an app, salad and dinner and it all came appropriately and efficiently. Multiple staff members deliver the food so nobody has to wait. It was hot, delicious and perfect portions. We had the burger, salmon and short ribs. Then we splurged and enjoyed banana cheesecake and bread pudding. Yummo! I’m certain we will go again before we leave.

A lovely night with yummy food and great service! Such a pretty view. They even had the Star Dudes there and we got to learn about the stars and solar system afterwards - very fun!

Service was not that great we had to get our eating utensils from another table. Two of us our meal was good the other two their meal was not great. I had to go to the bar and ask them for my drink because it never came. Ambiance and Views great.

Our very first dinner experience as new residents. I booked this restaurant since I had stayed in the hotel twice and had the best breakfast! The dinner I had was mediocre and over priced. Last night was disappointing. We came with two local friends. The restaurant was over booked including a wedding and not enough staff especially having one bartender. Service was slow ( very nice staff) but slow and our food was cold. Paying $63 for a ribeye and it coming out cold then waiting at least 10-15 minutes to check on us then the steak coming back again barely warm. Steaks were exceptionally fatty. Our other two chicken entrees were “ warm” but tasty. $33. The only thing removed from the bill was one steak and we still paid about $175 each couples. Not sure if two of our drinks were comped with the our drink tickets? Unfortunately, we won’t be back for dinner even though the ambience and live music were wonderful.
