   Cindy Lou's Seafood, in the Harbor Point neighborhood of Baltimore, is a nice casual restaurant located in the lobby of the Canopy hotel on the water with views of the inner harbor - including an excellent view of the Domino Sugar factory just across the river. We enjoyed a Saturday brunch there recently with some of the most memorable tastes. We highly recommend the Cream of Crab soup, the Shrimp and Grits, and the specialty cocktail that day which was something called "Waffles on Sunday" and included a mix of Piggy Back Bourbon, Whistlepig Barrel Aged Maple, and orange bitters. Overall, the food, views and ambience were excellent. We can't wait for the weather to get warmer so we can enjoy the waterfront patio. Highly recommended!

   We enjoyed ourselves overall. We’d listed on the reservation that we were celebrating our father’s 82nd birthday but the restaurant didn’t do anything to acknowledge it which was kind of disappointing. Our server was great but was pulled in a lot of different directions - it seems the restaurant was quite understaffed for a busy Sunday brunch with a handful of servers working multiple sections. Food was terrific and we enjoyed the view of the water. We are local so eat here often and brought in guests yesterday who were visiting from out of state.

   Had dinner for the first time at Cindy Lou’s to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The view of the water was beautiful! Service was just ok. The food was good, but not wow’d. I’ll go back one more time to see if it was just this experience.

   The restaurant is on the water which is great and the service was excellent. The food was above average.

   All the food was amazing across the board. A great wine selection , as you'd expect. Excellent service and a beautiful view of the Harbor to top it all off.

   Would not go back. Food was fair. Burgers overcooked. Other entrees were mediocre. Only a few fish options which is weird for a fish house?! Service was fine, server seemed new and was nice. Atmosphere and views is the only thing going for this place. Very disappointing.
