Located under the arches at the iconic Battersea Power Station, Cinnamon Kitchen Battersea, brings to diners modern Indian dining at its best with a relaxed all-day dining concept similar to its sister restaurant in Devonshire Square. The restaurant also specialised in combining Indian spices and cooking techniques with British Influences.

Enter through a quirky railway arch to find an edgy, contemporary restaurant with industrial décor inspired by the backdrop of the iconic Battersea Power Station, the restaurant specialises in modern-Indian cuisine with British influences using innovative cooking techniques.                                                                                   Cibo indiano in atmosfera curata. Porzioni giuste, prezzo un po’ alto ma adatto al tipo di locale. A me è piaciuto! Ci tornerei! Bellissima la passeggiata nell’area della centrale sul fiume dopo la cena!

                                                                                  My husband and I came here as we had our dog with us plus we are a big fan of Indian! The restaurant has lovely, calming atmosphere and also very spacious for dogs! We were somewhat disappointed with the food as the price didn’t reflect the quantity and our mains looked like starters with sauce drizzled. Avoid the king prawns as for £25, you get 4 standard sized prawns with sauce spread across the plate. The chicken tandoori we ordered again was a tiny chicken breast cut into about 5 small slices with again sauce for decoration. Really not impressed! However, we were impressed with the children’s paneer curry which was of park large quantity that we had to resort to after still feeling hungry following the mains! We have also been to Dishoom and the quality/quantity definitely outdoes our last night experience. Sorry Cinamon Kitchen…

                                                                                  Arrived on time for 8.30pm booking. Table not ready. Chaotic. Directed to wait at bar. 10 minutes at bar before we could even make eye contact with barman. Seemed totally overwhelmed. Table then became available, but took 20 minutes for drinks ordered at bar were delivered to the table. After that things improved as the restaurant emptied. Food very tasty. Service improved. Ambience buzzy but very noisy and hard to hear each other speak. Toilets dirty.

                                                                                  Had to get their attention after 20mins just to order drinks. The food was exceptional when it came. Good to see a kitchen with a proper tandoori oven.

                                                                                  Great ambience, food service was very quick, impressive. Only slight negative, the portion sizes are small. Food quality was delicious and we felt very accommodating.

                                                                                  We went as a group of 5 friends, the food was of excellent quality, the service was exceptional. The restaurant as you entered had a lovely ambience and a subtle herb & spice smell which made you hungry straight away. Overall it was a great night out and experience. We will definitely go again, perhaps to one of the themed events.
