Family owned and operated since 1993, Citizen Kane's Steakhouse is a cut above the rest. Located in a turn-of-the-century Victorian home, the restaurant is dedicated to impeccable service and exceptional cuisine, creating a casual yet upscale atmosphere to that effect. Citizen Kane's has a mouthwatering selection of steaks. Enjoy tenderloin medallions, the Delmonico ribeye or a classic New York strip. Every entrée is accompanied by soup de jour or Kane's Rosebud salad and housemade Mayfair or vinaigrette dressing.

                                                          I love this place. It’s local, set up in a residential neighborhood, and, quite frankly, an exclusive spot. The quality of the red meat for the value is *chefs kiss*! Also, I order carrot 🥕 cake wherever I dine because it’s my favorite, and this place has the best I’ve ever had. 🔥😛 Highly recommend this place. Oh….the creamed spinach is 10/10 too. Haha

                                                          Fabulous from start to finish. Great service from Kit and congratulated us on birthdays and engagement! The food was phenomenal as always. I love the Mayfair dressing and my filet was top notch! Great experience all around! Will definitely be back.

                                                          Despite living nearby for more than eleven years, my wife, who has lived in the area for 30 years and I made our first ever trip to Citizen Kanes. Dinner was outstanding and has left us questioning why it took us so long and why we have eaten over and over at far less quality restaurants multiple times. Granted Kanes isn't an everyday restaurant for most, but a special occasion or evening of some greater indulgence than normal. We both ordered the Prime Filet and we prefer different temperatures and the chef nailed both temperatures. One bite in and you can tell the difference between Prime and Choice or Select. Yes you pay a price for it but unlike today's modern steakhouses, each entree came with a starter salad and a side dish (or two sides). My wife chose a baked potato which many restaurants mess up with overcooking them in aluminum foil or microwaving them---hers was perfect cooked and the skin properly seasoned with sea salt. My side of fresh veggies was excellent. We don't typically eat sugar so we passed on what is a great selection of desserts. Our server was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the entire menu. We will return!

                                                          We have been visiting this restaurant for almost 20 years and it was the worst experience we have ever had at a restaurant. We always order the same thing and the food was seasoned right the quality was terrible. It was nothing like we have ever had there. Significantly disappointed. We have always raved about Citizen Kanes, but after today’s experience I would be embarrassed to recommend it.
