Chef Matteo Zamboni showcases the best of Australian produce in a menu filled with seasonal inspiration from Italy’s most famous regions (try; Beef Carpaccio, Prawn Mafalde, Mandarin Duck). Civico has garnered a Chef's Hat & two Wine Goblet's in each year of operation but with it's casual-fine dining interior feel and style, it is perfectly suited for an intimate dinner for two, for larger catch ups or group lunches/dinners with family and friends. Civico 47 is now welcoming BYO wine every lunch and Thursday all day! If you’ve got a something special at home, or have a favourite wine that’s not on our list - now’s your chance to bring it with you and enjoy at Civico along side chef Matteo Zamboni’s modern Italian menu. Corkage is $25 per bottle at lunch and dinner (Thursdays only). We have beautiful Plumm glassware, decanters where required, and advice on food pairing from our resident sommelier Luke Collard. T&C’s: Maximum one 750ml bottle (or equivalent) per adult customer. Not available when dining on our Pranzo or First Table offers. BYO is at our discretion for groups of 7 or more, please speak to the restaurant for more information.

I have to say that Civico 47 was one of the best dining experiences I have had in a long time. Everything was exceptional. Every member of staff was welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable and caring. The food was out of this world, and the wine was exquisite thanks to the recommendations of the sommelier. It was a fun, wonderful evening. Thank you all. We will be back.

The lobster pasta was excellent with really fresh lobster (hence the pre-order requirement I suppose), and the other dishes were very good. The service was generally very good and the wine advice was spot on, but despite the sound absorption panels in the ceiling, it was very noisy, but not in a buzzy way.

tasty quality Italian food. excellent service and atmosphere. We went as a couple to celebrate an event and thought it was a perfect venue for this. The food is excellent quality. Highly recommended.
