                                                                      Food needed more salt, music was about 2 too loud, service was slow, due 2 Valentine's, understandable. I did receive expect my crab to be served with butter in a wrapped lemon( to prevent seeds falling out), instead I had to wait. Server did comp my dessert bc i received half of a dessert. Overall, I really did love. My experience and my server was amazing period cannot remember her name. Middle age african american woman.

                                                                      The steak was undercooked, even though I said medium well. The shrimp pasta I didn’t care for was not seasoned to taste and the dessert. I have no clue why that’s even on the menu. It was not good. The customer service was wonderful and that’s the only reason I give them two stars but other than that to be such a upscale restaurant I was very disappointed.

                                                                      Waiters, servers. Atmosphere have the feel of a restaurant that is on the higher end is an experience, rather than just another seafood restaurant. Unfortunately, every time we go to Claude’s the hostess don’t represent the restaurant in the same way. They seem to need more training. Finding out if your table is ready seems to depend on which one you ask. One minute it’s 20 min wait and once you sit at the bar, 5 min later it’s ready and you’ve already sat down. They have the appearance of a Applebees rather than a higher end restaurant. I would suggest the manager do some additional training here.
