Claudio Pirollo grew up in Belgium where he soon discovered his passion for cooking as he wandered around his father’s fine Italian épicerie (grocery store) and watched his mother prepare dinner every day. The dual influence of Italy and Belgium triggered Chef Pirollo’s aspirations to develop his knowledge and experience with different flavors.
A Trattoria is not a pizzeria, it is an Italian-style eating establishment that is generally much less formal than a ristorante but more formal than an osteria. It is similar to what the French call Bistrot.
Trattorias are traditionally family owned, casual, rustic neighborhood restaurants found throughout all of Italy that offer fresh, regional, local and family specialties on the menu.

It was a less crowded lunchtime . Food and service was exceptional. Noise level was low. The special pizza with pancetta, sausage on a wonderfully chewy and crispy crust was superb as was the bruschetta. We shall be back!

The service was great! The Octopus starter was Magnificent!!!! We would return just for that alone. Well done guys!

We had a very lovely dinner celebrating the birthday of my son-in-law. It's a busy hustling restaurant on a Saturday night. Service and Food were excellent. We chose a quieter table near the front windows just because two of us are old and struggle with hearing.

This was my first time dining at Claudio’s Table and it was excellent at every level. The service was friendly, the food was delicious (highly recommend the cannolis), and the atmosphere was pleasant. I very much enjoyed Claudio’s and will definitely be back.

Had a new special dish……Linguine with truffles- shaved…..absolutely delicious. The pumpkin soup appetizer was wonderful as well

Our Thanksgiving meal was an inventive take on a traditional holiday meal —expertly prepared, ample proportions, a great blend of flavors, with a couple of memorable touches that inspired ideas I’ll use in my own kitchen. Our engaging server Daniel and lovely hostess (whose name I neglected to get) cared for us in a way that felt like we were home. We tried the chef’s wine selection which struck us as a bit unusual when it was first presented. I’m glad we trusted chef Claudio to find the perfect pairing for our meal. Our experience was one of surprise and delight which suited us well. I noted that the menu could also have satisfied diners less open to adventure. I’m usually the Thanksgiving cook so eating out might otherwise have felt a little sad. Instead, we feasted while being treated like welcomed family by chefs and staff who clearly love what they are doing. This was our first visit to Claudio’s Table but it won’t be our last.

wonderful food. the special offerings looked wonderful but we opted for the meal we had had previously - a shared salad and Margarehita pizza. both were excellent as before. Claudio's is a real find. I recommend the restaurant highly
