   A lovely lunch, we had the lunch menu plus an entree and a couple of sides. The food was perfect, great presentation and fully flavourful with deliciousness. And the service was kind and friendly, very attentive and helpful.

   Have been to this restaurant many times. Small, but interesting menu which always changes and is very innovative.

   Love it here. Interesting and delicious dishes perfect for sharing and a really varied wine list with some real surprises.

   My friend and I came here for a mid-week lunch. Service was warm and friendly and everything we ate (we chose from the set lunch menu) was delicious. Highlights were the sourdough bread (possibly the best I’ve ever eaten), chalk stream trout with pickled rhubarb and panna cotta with blood orange jelly. I eat at Clipstone several times a year and have always been very happy.

   Absolutely happy to discover this new address for me. Interesting menu, delicious food with a nice presentation and originality. Thanks for all great staff and hospitality. ‘Seul Bémol ‘- in my view it’s a little bit expensive!

   This is my third visit to Clipstone and it doesn’t disappoint. It always has an interesting menu and the food taste and presentation is excellent. The staff are friendly and the restaurant itself has a nice vibe and it set back enough so you can enjoy dining outside when the weather permits! I would highly recommend them.

   Great venue with excellent service. The lunch menu is excellent value and there was a real buzz about the place. Waiting staff were excellent.

   Really enjoyed our meal here. The level of service from the team was very high and they were especially accommodating of our toddler in a stroller. The food was excellent and made for a great brunch. Would 100% return and try a full dinner!

    Always a delight to be here. Excellent on every count yet comfortable and unpretentious. I think it’s unmissable.
