Our family has been visiting Clockwork every year as a holiday tradition. And we very much look forward to it each year. The staff are friendly, professional, and attentive. And the Clockwork team is always accommodating to our needs and requests. Thank you Clockwork Team for making our holiday a memorable one.

We enjoyed Prelude Holiday Tea at Clockwork at the Fairmont Royal York. The setting was magical and beautifully decorated for the holiday season. The food and tea were delicious and an effort was made to ask about dietary restrictions in our party prior to our reservation. As such, the vegetarian/pescatarian in our party was well accommodated. We found the noise level a little loud making it challenging to have a conversation.

We had the BEST festive high tea experience and Liah’s service and attention to detail was spectacular. The ambiance, food, drinks and service was on point. Liah went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Overall, we would highly recommend the high tea at the Royal York and will will make this an annual event. The hotel itself was very festive and beautifully decorated, this alone set the tone for the event. Thank you Liah and the Royal York!!!

Amazing !!! Cannot say anything but GOOD THINGS. we had the most special time at the holiday tea. Service is amazing, food was delectable. Thank you for an amazing visit

There were three of us for the Festive Tea at Clockwork. It was a wonderful experience! The staff was very attentive, and the food and tea were delightful. As I have food allergies, special precautions were taken by the staff to negate cross-contamination of any allergens. This was smoothly done because of a note when arranging our reservation. Clockwork called the week prior to the reservation to confirm, and I appreciated that very much. The beautiful decorations, wonderful atmosphere and service, made this a special Seasonal Treat that we hope to continue to make a part of our holiday celebrations in the future.

Food was excellent as was the ambiance. Service was mediocre at best. The service at Old Mill, Windsor Arms, and Astor Lounge as far superior. To be honest it kinda put a shadow over what could have been a great celebration.

There is no better festive high tea experience in the city over the holidays. The quality and attention to detail is worth the price. And the setting is an absolute delight for a family gathering right before Christmas. Staff is lovely and just attentive enough. Tea selection is too notch.
