   Terrible terrible terrible!!! We had 8:00pm reservations. We got there early at 7:30 and said we’d be happy to go to the bar for a 1/2 hour. There was one couple in the bar that was eating at the bar. No one was there otherwise waiting. At 8:00 I let them know we were ready to be seated.the owner said “give me 5 minutes I’ll have you seated. Fast forward 1/2 hour later at 8:30 an hour in now waiting. The bar area filled up as well as the tables in the bar area for those without reservations. All of a sudden 2 other couples were seated. One couple who had just walked in. Apparently they knew the waiter who ushered them right in. I spoke with the then host(the owner disappeared. They we’re getting ready to seat another couple when I had asked what was going on. They told me they did not know. I had reminded this person we had been waiting prior to all who were waiting and that we had a reservation. He sat the other couple and continued to apologize and said it wouldn’t be much longer. I asked for the owner. I was told he wasn’t there any longer. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I recalled this place went bust and out of business a few months earlier and just reopened with new “money”. There was a good reason they failed before and I’m more than certain they’ll fail again. They offered us nothing. No attempt nor apology to have us seated. Bad business. An unhappy customer will tell people 10 x more of his or her bad experience than a happy Customer. I’m just getting started!!!

   For close to sixty years, it has been our policy here to treat every patron to a first class dinning experience. I will not give you any excuses for your experience, because there aren't any.    The service was a little slow on Saturday evening. Food was a little cold as well. But Club House is one of my favorite restaurants ..... will be back soon.

   Very good food.. All items on the menu are well prepared. Service could have been a little more attentive. Felt like we where overlooked more than once. However, the staff was very friendly..

   Had reservation for 8:00, was seated at 8:40. Food arrived at our table an hour after ordering. Cocktails were terrible, the “special salad” was quite disappointing. Steak was severely overcooked. To top off the night, the valet brought us the wrong car! Horrible experience, will not be returning!

   The resturant was woefully understaffed. It took 20 minutes for a waiter to stop by. It took an hour and 20 minutes from the time I sat down until i got my dinner. Steak was ok. I've been going to The Clubhouse for 20 years and always had a good experience. This was awful from start to finish.

   We have been coming to the Clubhouse for many years. We were very disappointed when it closed for a number of months but since re-opening it has returned to its level of excellence. It is a much more low key, high end steakhouse that is a lot more comfortable and friendly to dine at.

    During the busiest dining hours, almost impossible to hear those across the table from me. Steaks were very well received, with plenty of meat. Sides interesting enough to not be just plain, so good there. One of our party doesn’t eat meat, and the portion size of the “Scottish Salmon” was laughably small, as if to say “hey, this is a steak place”. Also, one of us was concerned about gluten: most restaurants these days are incredibly aware about this; not here! (Wait staff didn’t even know rice has no gluten, never mind whether the sauces have any flour. ) Drinks were fine, food good. We’d prefer a place we can hear each other, until we all learn ASL!

    I'm sorry for the uncomfortable noise level. It is never our intention to create food to make a statement like "Hey, this is a steak place only". If your guest got the impression, I apologize. Also, I will talk to the wait staff to make sure they are well educated regarding gluten free items. For you inconvenience, please accept a free round of drinks on the house on your next visit.
