The restaurant was extremely cold inside. I know it was cold outside, but the restaurant wasn’t properly heated. The appetizers were delicious. My son ordered a steak and it was tough. My husband ordered the duck and it was also overcooked. I had the soup and salad, which was good. Unfortunately, I don’t think we’ll will be returning

James, our waiter, was excellent. His recommendations were spot on. Drinks and food were reasonably priced and generous. The flavors were outstanding. Hat’s off to the kitchen for not being shy on the seasoning! We will definitely be coming back!

Ambiance was terrible table adjacent to outdoor hallway and jam packed refrigerator. Apps were inedible, sent back due to salt content Steaks were overcooked, sides were greasy. Was New Years Eve and our Anniversary, no acknowledgement of either even though I indicated in reservation. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Celebrated NYE eve with an amazing dinner. Carpaccio was delicious and a perfect start. Ordered the Filet and mashed potatoes for my main and it was cooked and seasoned perfectly and was topped with mushrooms and onions that really added to the overall flavor. Finished up with the chocolate bomb! Don’t miss out on this great restaurant in Ballantyne.

James was a great server. We enjoyed our steaks. I felt the sides were small for the price. We like that we have a steakhouse in the Ballantyne area. We’ll come back again.

My dining experience was superb. Our waiter James was so kind and he suggested great food/drink selections. The chef, Fernando came to our table to check if our food was to our liking and it was delicious. Can’t wait to go back!

Great experience, took my wife for date night. We had an early dinner and place was quiet as we had to ourselves for most of the dinner. We both had Steaks, I the Prime bone I. ribeye and my wife the prime Filet, both were perfectly cooked with a great crust and excellent flavor, very tender. Sides were also very good, only thing that wasn’t great was the $18 she crab soup, had next to no lump crab in it, but had great flavor. We finished with cheese cake and some Irish coffees. James was our waiter and he was great and made the night. If you haven’t tried C&W I recommend you do.
