They took the soup off the bill. The restaurant itself is very nice and spacious with beautiful decor. We were seated at one of the high tops in the dining area. (Friendly PSA to bigger individuals, the chairs are not big people friendly and the tables do not move) our server was very prompt and friendly, and got our drinks and appetizer order very fast. Everything was great but the food service lacked. We waited around 20 minutes for 2 appetizers (1 of which never came so we chose to cancel it after our entrees showed up). Would definitely recommend the Pho and Pork Belly buns. We had 2 vegetarians in our party, and although the waiter gave them the vegetarian/vegan menu, he failed to mention until 20 mins later when we were ordering that they were out of tofu and the avocados were too hard to serve. Those 2 items pretty much took everything off the veg menu. We ordered spring rolls, and they came with no dipping sauce. We were told the kitchen was making the sauce. But it didn't arrive at our table until someone who appeared to be a manager stopped by to ask us what we needed. As a final note, the waiter gave us the wrong bill so a manager had to back that transaction out of the system and we had to start over. Overall food wasn’t even mediocre. It was bad. My husbands shrimp pad Thai had like 4 shrimp and 2 lbs of noodles. Flavor was lacking. We are not ones to write bad reviews but this was a truly terrible experience. Do not go here.
