   The delivery bots were novel and amusing. Staff were lovely even though it got pretty busy.

   We booked a table for our anniversary, it was a come back after a long time for us. Everything was exceptionally well. However, one of the main meals was not prepared as per the instruction of DF and GF, the waiter was very observant and asked if they can make it correct before it was on the table. That meal took a little longer to come back and our guests ended up eating the main meal after all of had finished eating. The table could have been cleared more efficiently as the entree dishes were not cleared and the robot brought us our mains, my son had to ask the waiter if we can order dessert. There was no waters asked or served at the table, I went to the bar man to ask for water, he showed me the water station, however, there were no glasses, so we ended up using our drink glasses that were used. Food was above expectations.. very spot on, tasty and good potion. Loved every bit of our bite. Just a little detail on service, this place would be 11 on 10.. Will highly recommend this place for good food and good value for money.

   Food and service was good but not as good as Cobb and Co in Rotorua

   We waited 50 minutes to get adult mains. Kids were finished well before we got ours. The waitress told us others had waited that long also. Really disappointing. Cobb and Co Taupo you need to have a limit on numbers if you can’t keep up with orders! We often dine at Cobb & Co with the kids but this visit was so bad we won’t be returning anytime soon. Wait staff looked stressed. We had to ask for everything. Don’t know if it’s due to lack of training.

We deeply regret that your visit fell below expectations and turned into such a frustrating evening, especially as a regular customer who has enjoyed dining with us in the past. Waiting 50 minutes for adult mains, while the kids had already finished, is unacceptable. We apologise for the disruption this caused to your dining experience. The feedback from our waitress indicating other guests faced similar delays highlights the need for us to review our systems and ensure we are better equipped to handle busy periods

   Terrible service tonight at cobb n co. Staff took our drinks and entrée order which was fine. That came out. Waited over half an hour longer and no one came back to take our mains order so we ordered online and paid. Said it would be 29 minutes. Over an hour later and we had to ask someone where our food was. Came out soon after. All our food was luke warm. If we hadn't of paid via the website we would of walked out. No staff came to check if we needed anything or how our meals were. Very disappointing experience. Had no cobb loaves. Got no tomato sauce with chips for burger meals. Traveled from out of town for a birthday dinner that was a big let down.

   It’s disheartening to hear about your experience at Cobb & Co., especially given the effort you made traveling from out of town to celebrate a birthday. The sequence of service issues—from the delay in taking your mains order, to the lengthy wait for food that arrived lukewarm, and the absence of staff attention is just not good enough and we will take immediate action to reduce the risk of this happening again.

   We found Cobb & Co very nice, we were made welcome, food was great. It was very handy to where we were staying. Overall - very good.

   Wasn't greeted when we got there, was just looked at, no hello or anything, literally didn't speak to me at all. didn't get any side plates with our entrees that were clearly being shared. Food was fine. Waited a long time at the counter to be able to pay at the end.

   Still love the Cobb & Co experience. Just disappointed in staff not understanding English! The shrimp cocktail came out warm, so was consequently sent back after discussion with the owner/manager. He was very pleasant. Firstly had to ask for drinks menu, then I think we were forgotten as there was a very long delay in having our order taken.
