I would like to start this review by taking responsibility for my party's reservation. I had made a booking for 20 people at 9:30 AM on 3/23/2025. I reviewed the restaurant's policies, which clearly stated that all guests needed to be present, with only a 15-minute grace period before cancellations. I communicated these rules to my party, most of whom were familiar with the venue. On the day of our reservation, I informed the hostesses that Pacific Highway was closed due to a situation involving a person on suicide watch, and there had been a half marathon earlier in the morning—factors that were unpredictable and affected our arrival. Despite my efforts to explain that most of my party had arrived and the last guest was just about to cross the street, the hostess informed me that they could not serve us. When the manager came out, she mentioned that they had given us an extra 10 minutes, which I appreciated. However, when I let her know that my final guest had arrived, she still insisted that my last guest could not join us and would only accommodate the others. I was taken aback when she informed me that I would have to figure out seating on my own, as she would not provide any additional chairs or tables for my group. We attempted to request the manager's help again, but were told they were on lunch and wouldn’t be available for another 45 minutes. Thankfully, once we were seated, everything went smoothly. I must commend our server, who was kind, attentive, and ensured that our food and drinks arrived quickly while consistently checking in on us. However, the lack of empathy and willingness to help from the hostesses and the manager was disappointing and left a negative impression. It was an embarrassing situation, especially given that we followed the rules and communicated our circumstances. I would advise anyone planning a large gathering to reconsider this venue, as they seem not to have the staff training or capacity to handle such situations effectively.

We had reservations and it took longer than 15mins to be seated. The restaurant is very cute! The prices are on the expensive side. We had very bad service, server came to introduce herself and didn’t come back until 10mins later to leave extra silverware but did not take our drink orders. So we waited again another 10mins then she comes to take all our order all the food and drinks came out together and coffee came out after all our alcoholic drinks and food. Coffee is a simple pour. She was all over the place I would recommend having more servers if they cannot keep up with there tables. I have been a server for many years and it’s hard for me not to critique. The food was ok my food was cold and not worth the price. But besides all of this it’s a cute restaurant. I’ll have to try another location because I had expectations and were not met.

The food was outstanding. Our server was great! However, due to the high volume of guests it was hard to grab the server to order more drinks between the few periodic check-ins she made at the table. When we finally were able to flag down our server to order some more drinks we were told that the time limit on our table was about to expire and refused another beverage. So the ladies only had one cocktail where the men had more beers. This was probably due to there being far more people running items to the table than just our server, so it was difficult to put in an order for additional items throughout our visit. Regardless, we were still there for approximately 20 more minutes and did not exceed the 90 minute time limit we were given for a party of 10 people. Everyone at the table thoroughly enjoyed their food and the location is beautiful. This was just our experience. Would have loved to try more items on the menu, but the time limit disallowed to continue enjoying the restaurant.

Wouldn’t seat an 12 person party with 1 person running late. It was actually even more ridiculous that they harped on us to keep to the 90 min timeslot (which we did) when the service was incredibly slow, they forgot multiple dishes and we had to ask them to keep taking cheese off a dish for a pregnant woman with a dairy allergy (three times to be exact). Even though the food was good the service made it feel like we were in a cattle mill and the table they sat us at was SO WEIRD. Picture two long rectangle tables facing each other with a huge 2ft gap in the middle. I wouldn’t go back. Truly a huge disappointment and such a bummer to have such a conflict on my 30th birthday brunch. I really wanted to love it.

The food and ambiance were great! The only downside was the loud Birthday celebrations and noise level that overwhelmed our toddler. Great time overall!

Great experience and perfect place to celebrate a birthday! I’ve been here several times and the servers have always been nice/kind and attentive. The food is delicious and the restaurant is beautiful! Highly recommend! Do know that because how good this place is the waiting times can be very long (around 2hours) so if you’re able to get a reservation do get it.

Everything was good but we get the bill and are charged for my daughter’s birthday little cheesecake they brought her and sang to her with . We let them know it was her birthday but we did not order this and usually restaurants give this for free . If they charge , it should have been told to us first . We would have ordered a different dessert for her or none at all . Ridiculous that birthdays song wasn’t complimentary like most restaurants. Definitely a disappointment.

The perfect place to celebrate with your loved ones! The team really treated us like family and the food was spectacular. Every drink every dish was delicious and so fun to try and look at!
