Very poor service every guest was complaining, food was terrible except the salad was really good. Do not recommend at all. There are many good restaurants out there that worth the buck you pay. Very disappointing. At the end we were just enjoying the moment.

We visited Colameco on Valentine’s Day and had a mixed experience. The food was okay—both the first and second courses were fine, but the dessert was overly sweet. The highlight of the evening was the live music, which was excellent and really added to the atmosphere. However, I found the presence of TVs in the restaurant distracting and unnecessary. For a place of this level, I’d prefer a more refined ambiance without screens displaying changing images. Unfortunately, the service was a major disappointment. We waited over 40 minutes for our dessert, and when we asked for one of the main courses to be packed to go, they forgot. Given the price—nearly $300—I expected a much smoother experience. If the service were better, the overall experience would have been significantly improved. As it stands, I’m not sure we’ll be returning.

The food and service were exceptional. I enjoyed the branzino, while my husband had the bolognese, both of which were expertly prepared. Our server, Carlos, provided outstanding recommendations that enhanced our dining experience. Whether you’re a visitor or a local, this restaurant is a must-try—well worth the visit!

Amazing service and dining experience. Highly recommend. The mussels were excellent, meatball appetizer and bruschetta all very good. I had the orecchiette truffle was delicious. The vodka rigatoni and chicken piccata was excellent. Wood fired pizza was so good. The chef came out to tell me his secret to the mussels upon my request and that was a great touch. Definitely go to in Bal Harbour.
