Over-priced lasagna , but good, not worth 34$ Room was very loud , the waitress was very nice . The Burrata was bland . Over all too expensive, but fits the Cary crowd that lives there. Per gli italiani che vorrebbe mangiare li, seconde me , non vale la pena, la burrata manco sapeva di latte( creo l’abbiano fatta in casa , è il latte che hanno usato boh non sapeva di vero latte ) , il tiramisù aveva due savoiardi , il limoncello non era manco freddo , Per coloro che non conosco la cucina italiana è buonissimo o meglio, come mio marito, ma io non mi sono impressionata , beh la lasagna era buona ma non per quel prezzo .

Great food and service from wait staff. Wine was delicious too. Did have to wait 30 minutes for our table despite a reservation though

Unfortunately we did not have a good dining experience. Even though we had reservations that we had to put 75 dollars down to ensure no show for, they didn’t have our table ready when we arrived. We waited 15-20 minutes to be placed. The waitress was very slow, even to bring water. They took a long time to bring bread, and after asking a few times, they brought a cold focaccia that hadn’t been cooked, then later brought a cooked focaccia. This was the only food that was of really good taste; everything else was just ok. And the environment was so loud! I couldn’t talk to my husband across the table. We were very disappointed. The place looks beautiful and we love Fenton; but we were really let down by this experience.

Upon arrival, we were seated immediately. Initial approach by server wasna little slow and that continued thru our entire meal. Had to request items such as spoons for eating pasta and parmigiana cheese more than once. Food is wonderful...we really enjoyed Ravioli, Bucatini, Lasagna and Chicken Parmigiana, Wine selection is good and paired nicely with the menu.

Colletta is a fun, delicious restaurant. Our waiter was excellent and the service timely and attentive. The environment is warm and modern. It was a great night out.

What a perfect anniversary dinner. The food and drinks were perfect as always. They went out of their way to treat us! We even recieved a gift and a special tiramisu.

The food at Colletta was exceptional as was the service. Everything came out in a timely manner. We ordered off the lunch menu and there were plenty of choices. Last trip here we had dinner and that was another great experience. I wish we lived closer so we could go more often but it’s worth the drive when we go.

The menu was unique, the food seemed to be high quality, and the staff was on point. Giving 3 stars because the portions were very small and the prices were high for what was recieved. Also to be noted, the wait staff wears Carpenter vests instead of nice, neat resturant style vests, which quite frankly was a little off putting. Our waitress was wearing one that looked old and was torn in places. Very odd.
