Over-priced lasagna , but good, not worth 34$ Room was very loud , the waitress was very nice . The Burrata was bland . Over all too expensive, but fits the Cary crowd that lives there. Per gli italiani che vorrebbe mangiare li, seconde me , non vale la pena, la burrata manco sapeva di latte( creo l’abbiano fatta in casa , è il latte che hanno usato boh non sapeva di vero latte ) , il tiramisù aveva due savoiardi , il limoncello non era manco freddo , Per coloro che non conosco la cucina italiana è buonissimo o meglio, come mio marito, ma io non mi sono impressionata , beh la lasagna era buona ma non per quel prezzo .

This was our first time going to Colletta in Cary NC. We had a great experience there. Our waitress was very friendly and her recommendations were spot on! Everything from our cocktails to dessert was a “10”! We are looking forward to going back again soon!

Delicious food, festive restaurant and delightful service. We had scrumptious hand pulled tagliatelle pasta with giancalle pork, and a sausage pizza from their wood fire pizza oven. Will definitely go back!

Thank you for making my son’s 24th Birthday so nice! Not sure how you all got the Steelers emblem on the dessert for his fave team! It was a hit. The chicken parm and pasta were delicious as well as the pizza and the swordfish dish! Signature cocktails equally delicious! We will return for special occasions! Happy New Year! Our server was great! Thank you.

One of the best meals I’ve ever had. We did it family style and it was 100% worth it. They really made my friends birthday great.

I enjoyed dinner! There was a full house when we arrived but the staff got us started with champagne while we waited. The service was amazing and very attentive. The attention to detail for my reservation was everything! My friend really enjoyed his birthday at Colletta. We would recommend this restaurant a hundred times. Thank you

Dined after sunset and the lighting was just enough to set a nice mood yet still see the menu. We were here in late December, so it was especially nice as the Christmas Tree and Ice Skating Rink were right outside the windows. Hostess welcomed us in fast and friendly style. Our server (Madeline S.) was very knowledgeable of the menu and was able to answer all questions that we had. We started with an appetizer of Marinated Olives, perfect for picking on while you settle in and enjoy the lively Fenton scene. We split one of the Apple Salads, well-seasoned and fresh tasting all around. I love Chicken Parmesan, so I ordered that (I have had it three times in three visits). My wife certainly enjoyed her Rigatoni. For those concerned about such matters, the portions here tend to be consistently quite large. So, if you do NOT want leftovers, I’d advice not over-ordering. Or, just go for it and get whatever you like! See pictures for full views, but dishes we’ve enjoyed here include: Frisée + Apple Salad - Arugula, Gorgonzola, Dried Cherry, Candied Walnuts Marinated Olives - Ligurian, Green & Red Cerignola, and Castelvetrano Olives, Herbs. Rigatoni - Certified Angus Beef Bolognese, Tomato, Basil, Parmesan, Ricotta Chicken Parmesan - Crispy Joyce Farms Breast, Spaghetti, Vodka Sauce, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Basil Overall, a very nice experience in Cary’s Fenton development.
