Overall waste of money for what the experience was. You get to choose one tea type and the water served was lukewarm at best. The server doesn’t explain the teas on the 3 types you have and then you’re expected to read the description. The sandwiches are small and ok… but the pastries definitely tasted store bought from a local grocery store. You’re better off having a tea party at home.

Usual high quality food and service. Expensive, but worth it. The Colonial Room is a little oasis.

David is such a friendly server and Rigo at the bar made our drinks perfectly. The filet mignon was cooked just right and the Brussels sprouts were divine.

There was a baby there about 1.5 years old and would randomly scream so that really affected our experience, unfortunately.

I took my daughters, daughters-in-law, and granddaughters to tea to close out our Christmas holiday. Everything was very nice and we enjoyed ourselves!

Unfortunately the quality of the food at the Drake’s afternoon tea has been declining in recent years. This time we also found the service to be lacking. We very much enjoy the ambiance at The Drake so are hoping things improve.
