                        After being seated it took a good 15 minutes until our waitress showed up. Out of 8 orders in our group, 2 were mixed up, twice. Yes, we had to send 2 orders back twice before they got them right. Utensils were also short by 2 and had to ask for them. Other than that it was fine. It's a 45-minute drive from home so we won't make it a special place to go or take visitors.

                        Nice big drink pours! Fun birthday experience for my 4 year old. They came out singing with sparklers and a birthday sign. Kids loved it.

                        Food was okay, nothing special. Service seemed very slow, waiter did not get to table for at least 10 minutes when we arrived and after food was served he did not come back to table to ask if we needed drink refills or if everything was okay. Possible shortage of wait staff. My husband and son wanted to go that was the only reason we went, we won’t be back.

                        The place is pretty small , the food all tasted and felt like basic frozen food . There is nothing more to the place than what you see in the photos definitely not worth it

                        The service at this restaurant was great. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite match the same level of quality. It was passable, but nothing stood out as exceptional or memorable. The ambiance felt dated and in need of a refresh, which detracted from the overall dining experience. While the service may bring me back, the food and atmosphere left much to be desired.

                        I love the entire concept of this restaurant. It excited my older adult children and my teenagers. I saw families with young children in superhero costumes and I so hope they can get the management into this restaurant to do better. We need places that’s for the entire family! I walked in and waited (nobody else in line) not one person greeted us for 17 minutes until we started looking around. Several servers saw us, but never said hello, never said that someone would be there or even a smile. Just a blank stare. The restaurant was not crowded at all, not surprising for a Wednesday school night. We felt rushed when we finally sat at our table. Asking if we wanted to order as soon as we got menus. I would’ve liked a little more time to walk around and view everything but sat at the table while I called my guests on cell phone to come back to table. Specialty drinks were cute and creative. One of my guests had the baby yoda-Rita. Food was your average tasty bar food. Good burgers. I hope they get a little more leadership to help front of house team members know how to engage with customers. It was a real miss
