   Beautiful place and amazing energy and ambience. Love coming here for a few drinks. Always book in advance if you’d like to be seated. One of my favorite bars in town!

   Another fabulous evening at our favourite neighbourhood spot! We paired the house old fashioned & Guinness with the sticky toffee pudding- absolutely divine. Hospitality from bartender Nick was 11/10.

   The place looks very nice and the music was good, and at the perfect level, to still be able to talk. But we were a bit disappointed with the cocktails, especially for the price.

   Great service, food was good (brussel sprouts and scotch egg but actually the steak was disgusting but the other 2 more than made up for it). Amazing cocktails and very friendly service. It's our 2nd favorite bar from this owner.

    Another wonderful evening at Compton Ave! • The ambience is so richly welcoming, so beautifully thought out with the leather seating, dark tones, and antique touches. • Service was outstanding, starting with a proper welcome at the door, professionalism and artistry from the bartenders and the servers detailed descriptions of each plate we ordered. • Dinner was delicious! We ordered steak, fries and scotch egg. Each was robust with flavours and texture.
