The open kitchen and uniquely modern interior, designed by award-winning architects Semple Brown, underscores Coohills' style! Located in the Lower Downtown (LoDo) neighborhood, we invite you to pull up to the community table, tuck in at your own intimate table for two or more, or enjoy our outdoor terrace for a spirited drink.

Coohills includes a main dining room, private dining room, community space, bar and beautiful outdoor terrace, providing a breathtaking view of the infamous Colorado sunsets.

Coohills comfortably seats up to 200 people and can host up to 400 people for a stand up reception.

Wonderful dinner with clients, enjoyed some happy hour drinks and appetizers. Then followed by dinner, we ordered a variety with chicken, steak and crab cakes and everything was delicious! Service was efficient and got us out in plenty of time for the Nuggets game.

Crab cake was bomb! Steak was a really good dish, solid portion. Chicken was wonderful. Bread pudding, fire. Overall great experience, will be back.

Incredible wine, food, service, company. Can’t believe I haven’t been here before now. Cannot wait to return. The Brioche Bread Pudding with caramel and apples was hands down the best dessert I’ve ever had in my entire life.

Had an amazing dinner. Our waiter Craig also made sure that our anniversary dinner was extra special. This place makes amazing crabcakes you gotta try it.

We had a lovely time and our server was very nice. However, our drinks were slow to arrive; the rose was forgotten; the meatballs were cold and dry; and we never received our additional bread crisps order request for our remaining pate. We wanted to order dinner but decided to forgo dinner based on this experience. Please thank our server, but we felt like it was possibly an off night for the kitchen and bar staff.
