                                                                                          Fabulous meal, excellent service (as always)! So happy to see Kristi back from maternity leave, she is AMAZING and always makes our meal extra wonderful!

                                                                                          They were overbooked and under staffed. Our waiter served and bussed the table. It was clear she was working hard. The experience was 2.5 hours as we waited for drinks and food. I’ve been to other Cooper Hawk locations and did not experience this level of chaos. While I understand it was New Years Eve, this evening was poorly managed.

                                                                                          The kitchen messed up the order. One entree came the other we had to wait for. Instead eating together one had to watch the other eat. Even though we were compensated with the bottle of wine and with an apology but that’s not how we would like to have dinner. It seems like we have no luck coming to Cooper’s Hawk near our home in Bloomingdale. Something always happens.

                                                                                          Not sure what happened with staffing but our server was too busy to pay enough attention to us and there were many other workers walking around doing what looked to me like side work to leave. Also we had to wait 15 minutes to be seated when we had a reservation. Food was good but I was disappointed with the night overall

                                                                                          Started with the tasting room, which has been a great experience in Bloomingdale from the start. Then on schedule for our dinner reservation. The Bloomingdale site and staff seems better organized and most improved over the last year. The Service was on target, and meeting our expectations now. Our server was excellent, and the management dropped by to say hello. Ordered the special, but it missed the mark a bit. With as many CH restaurants across the Country, there should be consistency of the recipes and the cooking process going out. Quite frankly we all need to be more upfront real-time about the food issues. Complaining at the end of the meal doesn't help anyone. Bloomingdale had a very slow painful start, but at this point I am recommending the Bloomingdale location.

                                                                                          The ambiance of the restaurant was less than "cozy" and welcoming. Whoever designed the place needs some better ideas. The food was good, but othe restaurants serve far better fare. The wine was probably the highlight, along with our server, who was very good at her job.
