                    Another great night out at Cooper's Hawk, Fort Myers. Garrett, our server and Nick, one of the managers deserve special recognition. If you are a fan of spaghetti you may go to your local Italian restaurant but you need to come to Cooper's Hawk next time for Keaton's Spaghetti and Meatballs. Six huge delicious meatballs and a fabulous sauce, made fresh in the kitchen. Save room for a piece of chocolate layer cake with vanilla bean ice cream. Attentive friendly service and managers who are out in the dining room helping their staff take care of customers; it's noticed and appreciated.

                    Eugene the restaurant manager is amazing! Our server was too but watching and seeing from experience how Eugene made sure our night was going good along with other guests in the restaurant. You can tell he enjoys his job and wants to be there. Food was amazing, the servers recommendations and Eugene’s recommendations were right on.

                    The staff at Cooper’s hawk are always great and give an exceptional experience.Eugene is an amazing manager and always comes by and checks how everything is going along with Nick the server.

                    I ordered pistachio encrusted grouper . Excellent !! I liked it better than parmesan encrusted mahi mahi I had before . Service was superior . We went there before going to see Funny Girl at Barbara Mann . Make sure you make reservation two weeks ahead during busy season . We shared salted carmel crème brûlée for desert . Excellent

                    Wine tasting is always fun, although our server was a bit slow and it wasn't very busy....that is my only complaint. We followed up with dinner and more wine!
