                    Great dining experiences start with great service and at Coopers Hawk in Montgomery, IL. we had a great server in Trevor who made our lunch experience a pleasure. He guided us to great food choices including the Life Balance menu Pot Stickers (great flavor and taste centered by an awesome Thai slaw which we loved), on the regular menu we enjoyed the spaghetti and meatballs (there was a generous portion of meat) and the Vegetable Risotto. So the food hit the mark and we also enjoyed meeting another team leader Diane who was an absolute delight. It is wonderful when the food and the people you meet the first time at a restaurant are outstanding. We will certainly be back!

                    I love this place from the service to the food ,I been coming here for the past 8 years no exacta this location but a this place,one thing I will say this location will be my favorite.❤️

                    Our reservations were for 7:15 and we were not seated until 7:50. I figured it would be an overall bad experience but to my surprise it was not. The food and the service was great! plenty of wine to sample and their cocktails were great! Other than the seating delay we were very pleased.

                    We had reservations for 4:30. We did not get seated until 10 minutes to five. The vestibule was crowded with at least 20 other guests waiting for their table. When I asked the host after 15 minutes when we were next, I was told we have the tables we are just organizing everything. I did not even know what this meant because it didn’t answer my question and I was completely dismissed. After the the vestibule was empty we finally got seated. This is the 2nd time we have had reservations at Coopers Hawk and waited nearly a half hour before getting seated. The first time we were told we called your name but no one answered and know we don’t have your table. They did not call our name because neither of us heard it. I will not go back.

                    We have never had a bad meal at any of the Cooper's Hawk restaurants! I try something new every time I'm there and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend for a great meal and some excellent wine!

                    Our server Tiffany was phenomenal, super kind and did an amazing job explaining some of the menu items and caring for our table. Our food was delicious and would always recommend. Another wonderful experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

                    I’m a fan of Coopers Hawk in general. We were not seated until 30 minutes after our reservation time. Every square inch of the place was packed. The staff was very apologetic about the wait and did the best they could given the circumstances. I think improvements need to happen in the management of the way reservations are handled. In their defense, this is a fairly new location for them, but efficiency needs to be worked out.

                    It was awesome! Went with a friend for late lunch. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious! We definitely will be back.

                    Our server wasn’t very attentive. The fries tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp all day, something I would expect from a fast food restaurant not a higher class restaurant. The burger was cooked to order but the bun was very crunchy, almost like it was stale. One of the drinks had a very sharp edge, when the server was told about it she just said she would set it aside, not exactly sure what that means and offered no apologies. One of the managers stopped by to say happy birthday to my daughter, I mentioned the issue with the glass and she said she would follow up with the server. I wasn’t looking for a free meal, but maybe not charge for the drink since someone could have been cut by it.
