                                                                                          We love Cooper’s Hawk for the great food, excellent wine (not to mention the wide variety of wines - definitely something good for every palate), and the fine, consistent service. We’ve been going to Cooper’s Hawk since it started outside of Chicago, and have been members of their wine club since the Reston, VA location opened. Out of all the great experiences we’ve had there, our most recent was a cut above the rest, all due to our server Ariana. She was friendly, attentive (but not intrusive), and proactive. What really stood out, however, was that on this very busy night when she saw our meals were ready, she didn’t wait for a food runner to bring them to us, she did it herself even with everything else she had to do. That is a level of service that is truly above and beyond.

                                                                                          We've been to Cooper's Hawk a few times, especially the one in Ashburn because it's closer to home. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything available when we wanted to go, but that's not the point. Every time we've been to either location, the experience has been outstanding! Everything is delicious, from the appetizers to the main course, dessert, and drinks. I love the passion fruit sangria! We took our family who came to visit from Arizona, and I was surprised when they told us they have a Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant there too! They really enjoyed their food and drinks. This place never disappoints, and for a Wednesday, it was packed!                                                                                           Coopers Hawk is a great place for a high quality glass of wine and plate of delicious food. Service was very good, quick, and overall the experience was very good. My only word of warning would be it can get quite noisy in the Reston location due to a lot of very wide open spaces that mostly consist of hard surfaces.

                                                                                          Highly recommend the salted caramel creme brûlée. My entree was disappointing because my steak was very undercooked but the waiter took it back to be cooked longer. The vegetables were also hard.

                                                                                          Hostess was super inflexible. We came a bit early for our reservation and we saw SEVERAL open tables and booths but she wouldn't seat us early. Not a massive deal but she was so snide about it. We did a wine tasting while we waited and that was fun. The food was really good as usual. Our server was outstanding. I paid way too much for a Christmas candle but couldn't help myself. Very lovely evening! We'll be back in a month!
