                                                                                          We've been to Cooper's Hawk a few times, especially the one in Ashburn because it's closer to home. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything available when we wanted to go, but that's not the point. Every time we've been to either location, the experience has been outstanding! Everything is delicious, from the appetizers to the main course, dessert, and drinks. I love the passion fruit sangria! We took our family who came to visit from Arizona, and I was surprised when they told us they have a Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant there too! They really enjoyed their food and drinks. This place never disappoints, and for a Wednesday, it was packed! It was a little too loud to have a conversation, but it was still amazing! #CoopersHawk #Ashburn #DeliciousFood #GreatDrinks #FamilyFriendly #PackedWednesday

                                                                                          Coopers Hawk is a great place for a high quality glass of wine and plate of delicious food. Service was very good, quick, and overall the experience was very good. My only word of warning would be it can get quite noisy in the Reston location due to a lot of very wide open spaces that mostly consist of hard surfaces.

                                                                                          Highly recommend the salted caramel creme brûlée. My entree was disappointing because my steak was very undercooked but the waiter took it back to be cooked longer. The vegetables were also hard.

                                                                                          Hostess was super inflexible. We came a bit early for our reservation and we saw SEVERAL open tables and booths but she wouldn't seat us early. Not a massive deal but she was so snide about it. We did a wine tasting while we waited and that was fun. The food was really good as usual. Our server was outstanding. I paid way too much for a Christmas candle but couldn't help myself. Very lovely evening! We'll be back in a month!

                                                                                          To be fair and get it out of the way, I came in to see my son Ryan on a special day.. which he insisted he had to be there since it was a weekend. We had a wonderful meal and the scallops were cooked perfect. May I suggest a scallop only main dish?! Also the bottle service and general care from Ronan was great. We only got to see him for a bit but it was so awesome seeing Ryan in action and truly take care of everyone, even in the seemingly most chaotic situations. I've never seen someone in so many places at one time. Anthony was also such a sweetheart and seems like he really cares about how things function. Was an overall wonderful night until right as we were getting ready to leave. Someone dropping off food couldn't figure out where two entrees went and decided our table was a good landing place to set a full entree until they could figure out where it went.
