                                                                                          We went for Thanksgiving. We’ve been to the restaurant numerous times. A bit disappointed this time as the food was average and service wasn’t great. My husband had the turkey dinner and stated it was fairly salty. My filet was actually a bit tasteless and I was surprised. We weren’t asked if we wanted more drinks. I asked for my martini on the rocks and I sent it back as didn’t want the standard glass. We asked for our dessert to go and waited over 20 minutes. Finally took husband and his wheelchair to car and got the dessert from the hostess. Tables were bare as nothing was decorated. Felt a bit sad as nothing was festive.

                                                                                          Our reservation was at 11:00 for Thanksgiving and they got us to our booth is less than 5 minutes. The server was wonderful. He even updated me on my Wine Club account. Large portions and as always, the food was excellent. Can’t wait to come back next month to take advantage of my wine club benefits.

                                                                                          The food was okay. I would recommend the potstickers as an appetizer, very good. Main course, Shrimp scampi had shrimp shells in it. Ordered the Churrasco steak, the aioli was not served with it and I ordered the Broccolini instead of the potatoes, and I received the potatoes. The service was extremely slow. Nice ambience , good wine but honestly I would probably not come back. I was disappointed.

                                                                                          We had a 6:00 pm dinner reservation. Arrived and checked in at 5:50. Didn’t get seated at our table until 6:30. Very uncomfortable having to wait and wait for our table. Once seated, service was good. So was everyone’s food even though it took quite a while for the food to come out.

                                                                                          We had a reservation for 5:15. We were not seated until almost 5:30 but the lass who seated us said we could still order from the HH menu. It took a few more (maybe 10) minutes before we were served and when we asked about one of the HH specials (the red blend wine), we were told that HH was finished!!!! Also, despite ordering our drinks several minutes before our meal, they arrived almost simultaneously! The food was good, our server (Bella) was good, very knowledgeable, but timing of the service was below average...

                                                                                          We go to Cooper's Hawk quite frequently. Tonight, the food was a bit inconsistent and off. We are hoping it was just an off night and the food will be great for our next visit.

                                                                                          It was a magnificent experience. We will be back for sure! The drinks were great, had the pino noir and a pear martini. Had the sashimi as an app, delicious. Had the trio medallions and the Parmesan crusted Grouper, top notch! Ambience was wonderful too!
