                                                                                          Much of the dinner was good. They had no beer on tap and no IPAs in bottles. The food was very good, but one of the dinners was cold when it came to the table. This could be a fabulous restaurant, but has fallen short the last few visits.

                                                                                          Our waiter was terrible. Never checked on us, but went to all the other tables around us , took forever to get our dessert that we had to say forget it, just give us our check.

                                                                                          Very disappointed … we had a 12noon reservation so we could make sure they had enough corned beef & cabbage. Last year we had a 4p reservation and they were out of corn beef so we left. Today, we were told they don’t start serving corned beef & cabbage until 3:30p .. no times were listed on the OpenTable post mentioning they will serve corned beef and cabbage … REALLY!! This is the third bad experience within one year. Two negative St Paddy Day and had a terrible Thanksgiving meal in 2024 after having an excellent experience in 2023. So unfortunate after being a long time C-H members…we used to recommend them to everyone. No more! Scottsdale experiences were so much better but we moved to the west valley and thought Surprise would offer the same experience…boy, were we WRONG!

                                                                                          Bad Night at Cooper's Hawk - waited over 30 minutes to get our food after order was taken and then it was overcooked and cold - this is not what we've grown to expect from this restaurant - we'll give them another chance & chalk last night up as just a "Bad Night at Cooper's Hawk"

                                                                                          Nice atmosphere but a lot of noise, don’t go expecting a quiet dinner but we didn’t mind. Food was real good but a little costly but it was a special occasion, would only go there on special occasion. We thought the choices for the appetizers was weird, pot stickers, lettuce wraps! For a menu that was specifically wine matched and no other food items to match the theme of pot stickers and lettuce wraps. But we will go back it was a nice place with good service.

                                                                                          Overall the service by Marissa. She was very attentive and engaging. Enjoyed our time with her. The food took a while to come out but was very good tasting. The food was fresh and well seasoned. My jambalaya could have been a little spicer. We will definitely come back again
