                                                                                          With a reservation we were 45 minutes late to get seated. We were seated in the outside area, even though we gave a booth as preference. The floor outside was not clean. We ordered the turkey special, which included a slud of dark meat underneath. The potatoes and stuffing were served as scoops, with beans and carrots tossed on top. We had to wait for bread, which came under-baked. This was the Cooper's Hawk in Surprise. I feel they way over-booked reservations, thereby under-serving the surplus of customers. The last holiday we booked was St Patrick's Day, when turkey ran out of corned beef and cabbage by 3:30! From now on we will drive all the way to Scottsdake, where we have always had good experience.

                                                                                          The restaurant was very busy our reservation was to be in the bar area at 2:45 we were seated at a table in the 2nd restaurant area it was noisy but I believe the staff did a good job getting the food out to people once you were seated. The food was very good and warm our waiter was good so with the amount of people they did a good job

                                                                                          Wonderful Thanksgiving dinner, turkey, stuffing, etc. Soup and dessert also great. Will definitely come back next year for Thanksgiving.

                                                                                          The turkey dinner was fabulous. Everything was moist and flavorful. The butternut squash soup and pumpkin cheesecake were also top notch. The only downside was we had to wait 35 min for a table even though we had reservations.

                                                                                          As always we love to come here. Great place for food and drinks! Thanksgiving dinner was great! We all had a nice time! I wish you were open for Christmas too!

                                                                                          Extremely busy Thanksgiving day at 12:00 noon. Our waitress did a nice job - I believe the thanksgiving meal was not as high quality as the past 3 years. Quite slow in getting our main course but still worth the money and I would recommend it.

                                                                                          We went for Thanksgiving. We’ve been to the restaurant numerous times. A bit disappointed this time as the food was average and service wasn’t great. My husband had the turkey dinner and stated it was fairly salty. My filet was actually a bit tasteless and I was surprised. We weren’t asked if we wanted more drinks. I asked for my martini on the rocks and I sent it back as didn’t want the standard glass. We asked for our dessert to go and waited over 20 minutes. Finally took husband and his wheelchair to car and got the dessert from the hostess. Tables were bare as nothing was decorated. Felt a bit sad as nothing was festive.

                                                                                          Our reservation was at 11:00 for Thanksgiving and they got us to our booth is less than 5 minutes. The server was wonderful. He even updated me on my Wine Club account. Large portions and as always, the food was excellent. Can’t wait to come back next month to take advantage of my wine club benefits.

                                                                                          The food was okay. I would recommend the potstickers as an appetizer, very good. Main course, Shrimp scampi had shrimp shells in it. Ordered the Churrasco steak, the aioli was not served with it and I ordered the Broccolini instead of the potatoes, and I received the potatoes. The service was extremely slow. Nice ambience , good wine but honestly I would probably not come back. I was disappointed.
