                                                                                          Went my sons birthday. Ordered the brussel sprouts appetizer which was amazing as always, but my entree was as very disappointing to say the least. I ordered the shrimp and scallop risotto and it was the tasteless thing Ive had in a long time. One of the ingredients was truffle oil which is a very distinctive and strong flavor that you would notice even wth the smallest drop in your plate, but apparently they forgot to add. No salt, no seasoning, no flavor. Waste of money, I was very disappointed.

                                                                                          We were very disappointed in the wait after having made reservations to start. Then we get seated and it took another twenty minutes for the waitress to bring us a wine sample and then another twenty to get the bottle of wine to the table after our appetizers had arrived. When we had finished our appetizers it took another 30 plus minutes for the food to arrive and when it did it was cold. The waitress smiled and said she would get the manager. Another 15 minutes goes by and the manager reordered my meal and it brought it out herself. Your food is always good, but bringing out cold and dried out meat because it is sitting waiting for someone to bring it out is a problem. The restaurant is over crowded and conversations were loud around us and hard to avoid hearing since we were seated at the half booths. We would have been better to take out. The manager made things right, but seemed like the place was short staffed and the young waitress may need training. She was sweet, but ours wasn't the only table not getting their food or drinks in a timely manner. Hope you consider opening a store in Lakeland and another in Tampa and Wesley Chapel. You are popular, however a better dining experience would be appreciated.

                                                                                          We thoroughly enjoyed our new years lunch at Coopers Hawk. Excellent food and service. Great gluten free menu options. We always love it here and will definitely be back.

                                                                                          First time at Cooper’s Hawk and everything was great. Wonderful and attentive server. Rave reviews for the Classic Tomato Bruschetta but not so much for the Thai Lettuce Wraps as the lettuce didn’t hold and the wraps quickly fell apart. Messy appetizer yet the flavor was excellent. Entrees were great and looking forward to going back.

                                                                                          As always, it takes forever to get your cocktails at this place. Appetizers came long before our cocktails. We usually have two cocktails each, but only one this time because they took forever We sat with dirty dishes on our table for the majority of our visit. Service was not good tonight.
