                                                                                          My first visit to a Cooper’s Hawk which was recommended by a friend who is a member. I was very impressed with the wine selection and the menu had tastes for all types of diets. The service was excellent and the food quality was outstanding. Look forward to my next visit to try other items on the menu.

                                                                                          The wine was good, service was great (patient, informative, consistent), but I wasn’t impressed with the food. It likely was what I chose, and I will try it again, as I had my eye on a few items that were too heavy for lunch. I ordered the combo salad/flatbread option, and I wasn’t impressed with my side salad, although my friend loved her Caesar salad. The ingredients on my salad seemed very scant and low quality for the price. I also originally got the goat cheese and veggie flatbread but it was dry and topped with balsamic glaze; which wasn’t noted on the menu. I was offered the opportunity to swap it out and went with the shrimp, crab and lobster bisque which was hearty and yummy. Just wish the price matched the ingredient quality.

                                                                                          Our server Justin was the absolute best!!! This was our first time at Cooper’s Hawk and he made the experience exceptional. The food was delicious and drinks were great. We ended up signing up for the wine club on site! Excited for our next visit.

                                                                                          Went my sons birthday. Ordered the brussel sprouts appetizer which was amazing as always, but my entree was as very disappointing to say the least. I ordered the shrimp and scallop risotto and it was the tasteless thing Ive had in a long time. One of the ingredients was truffle oil which is a very distinctive and strong flavor that you would notice even wth the smallest drop in your plate, but apparently they forgot to add. No salt, no seasoning, no flavor. Waste of money, I was very disappointed.
