                                                                                          The appetizers and entrées were well liked by all in our party.. Wine was also very good.  Unfortunately, the service was poor. Our server never refilled our water and we had to ask for a second order of drinks, which never were delivered. The restaurant is very loud so difficult to hold a business discussion. Next time I will return for social occasion only and opt for the bar area.

                                                                                          We had dinner reservations for 4 people / 6pm. First time here. Was very surprised by the lack Appropriate dinner attire by the customers ( for a nice restaurant/ wine bar). Was more like I walked into a Walmart. The dining room area was bare, unimpressive, bright lighting — more like a breakfast diner. For a restaurant that offers nice meals and wines, why slack on ambience. All our meals were cooked perfectly and tasty. Shrimp Scampi, tenderloin medallions, mahi and scallop special. Will I return? Probably not. Just not My vibe (too loud) nor conducive to a nice dinner out. Too bad 😞 Food is good, but if I’m going out for dinner , I want the whole experience.

                                                                                          We eat at Coopers Hawk usually twice a month. We live in Trinity and today was our first visit to the Wesley Chapel location.Having dined at their Jacksonville and Tampa locations often this one just didn’t seem to compare.The open sitting arrangement took away from the upscale feel the other locations offer. I ordered Dana’s chicken and Sangaria and both were perfect. My husband had the pretzel crusted pork chops and they were dry.

                                                                                          Celebrated a birthday. Was charged for birthday dessert we never asked for or expected. Waiter took nearly 10 minutes to acknowledge us. A long time between order and delivery of wine then meal. Felt like I was dining in a cafeteria.
