Coppa Osteria is the perfect paring of food and lifestyle, taking its personality from the affluent, family centric West University, Southampton, Rice and Museum District neighborhoods. Its clientele is an eclectic mix of professionals, university academics and young families – who all seem to know one another. With craft cocktails and an extensive wine list, it's easy to find the perfect beverage to pair with Coppa's modern Italian cuisine. Neapolitan-inspired pizzas are some of the most popular items on the menu – the Coppa Pepperoni and Carnissima are crowd favorites. Diners also flock for the Fritto Misto, Burrata Tartufo and Spaghetti Carbonara (Coppa's signature dish).     First time dining at Coppa. Best meal and overall experience we have had. When we are back in Houston will be our first choice.

    Reservations are this restaurant are not taken seriously. After 20 mins of waiting, we were not seated so we left. We were told when we arrived that our table was being cleaned, but several parties were seated before us.

    Food was excellent as usual but we had a significant issue with delivery of one of the 4 entrees . The last entree showed up 25 minutes after everyone else's and that person basically had to eat their food alone. Management was completely aware, yet no mention was ever made with regard to what happened or any apologies. We realize things happen, and orders dont get processed correctly but a great restaurant would have, at minimum, comped the meal in question! Very disappointed!

    Are dining experience was fabulous and it was fun to be there on New Year’s Eve. Emily was a tremendous help and server. Our food was fresh, tasty and excellent choices based on Emily’s recommendation. We will definitely be back.
