                                                                                          Daniel was our server. He was outstanding!! He has excellent table presence and a dynamic personality. Daniel was very attentive and offered tasty menu suggestions. Our food and drinks were delicious. The ambience is always nice and the live jazz is nice as well.

                                                                                          I’ve always been impressed by the crab cakes at Glenwood, one of the sister restaurants, so I had high expectations for Copper Canyon. Unfortunately, the crab cakes were overly breaded and lacked the flavor I expected. On a positive note, the sweet potato fries were outstanding. The service and ambiance were impressive, creating a pleasant dining experience overall. It was not a poor experience overall; I will return.

The server didn't come by the table very often and, once we did place an order, the bar took a long time to prepare drinks. Also, the food was cooked perfectly and the portions were very good, however, it was under seasoned. I don't see a reason to go back.
