Copper is an Okay, Cool Group restaurant.
Every small town has a bar and if that bar’s worth a nickel, it’s got good whiskey. At Copper, we’ve got whiskey for every occasion and no shortage of the town’s best eats. Get to know the bartender, and all the regulars too, cause the bar stories are good. Supper is always your favorite, cause we know you that well. We accept online reservations of up to 13 guests.                                                                                   Forgot that Saturday was the big college football game against our rivals and made reservations for Friday night for dinner at The Copper. The place was packed, and the staff was running around like crazy to get people served. The service due to the volume as expected for meals was a little slow, but they kept coming back and giving us updates on when our meal was going to be ready. The staff was doing a great job of serving the meals and taking care of people when there wasn't a single table free in the restaurant and there were maybe 20 people waiting for tables .This is one of the best places to eat in Bozeman, and the service is the best as well.

                                                                                  We went to Copper to celebrate a 60th birthday and what I great choice we made. We tried innovative and delicious cocktails and the food selection was difficult to choose from! Kenny, our server was awesome-attentive without hovering, and super friendly. Can’t wait to go back!

                                                                                  The Truffle Fries were as expected could use some crisp. 14once New York strip was not seasoned well but cooked perfectly, did not need it laid over a bed chewy vegetables and lukewarm mashed potatoes. Overall 3 out of 5. Still looking for the Montana steak that everyone says is second to none.

                                                                                  Brussels sprouts a bit undercooked and our dinner order got lost in the kitchen so over an hour later the bison meatloaf was just slightly above average.

                                                                                  Food was great but best of all was the care our waiter and the kitchen staff took to ensure the ingredients so we didn’t have to worry about one of our guests who has extensive and extreme allergies. Everyone really went above and beyond.
