Normally I really enjoy this restaurant, me and my fiancé and gone to Coppolillos well over 40 times since they’ve recently opened. We’ve spent thousands here. But tonight was easily the worst experience here. First we arrive late, we called and said we were running late and it would be 15-20 minutes and the lady on the phone said “ok perfect I’ll put a note in”. We get there at 6:32 which is 17 minutes past our reservation. The front lady told us that there is only a 15 minute grace period, we tried explaining that we called and said we would be extra minutes late and we were informed that we were taken off and we had to wait for another table which took an extra 20 minutes. We get sat down and our waitress got our drinks and didn’t return to take our order for another 25 minutes. We get our food 1 hour later and my fiancés steak was very raw, she ordered medium. I ordered the steak and lobster. My lobster was extremely over cooked and rubbery. We notify our waitress and they take her steak back and refired it and she was given half of her steak back. The manager was the one to deliver her steak and he was very rude about it as if we did something wrong. We asked again about my lobster and nothing happened. Refills never came for our drinks, other waitresses noticed and started to ask if we needed anything. We wanted the special desert that they had and they completely ran out, we had already been waiting 20 minutes after we placed our desert order when we were told that they ran out. Anyway, we get our bill and they didn’t do anything about the lobster. So we ask again and we again waited another 20 minutes for our bill to be adjusted. We normally really love this place but we are unsure if we will be returning.
