                                                        We spent our New Years Eve at the Coral Reef and were very happy with our decision. The service was good and the food was delicious. The cocktails were sublime! It was so pretty sitting outside…. Decorated beautifully for the holidays including tiki torches. We’d do it again!

                                                        We thoroughly enjoyed our New Year’s Eve dinner at the Coral Reef. The food, service, and ambiance were exactly what we had hoped for as we bid farewell to 2024.

                                                        The menu choices were limited for vegetarians. While the ambience and service were great, the food choice and flavor could be better for dinner. Breakfast is outstanding - many choices!

                                                        Nelson was amazing!!! When I booked it did not say it was a prefixe menu . Didn’t know that till we got there… that part was disappointing but food was good! Potatoes around halibut were still part raw. Crab cakes were amazing! Prime Rib for one in our party was great! Desserts were delicious! Was just looking forward to their regular menu, but I totally get it on Christmas!!! Just wish I would have known!

                                                        Just took 45 mins to get a drink, waiter was nice overall. We had Christmas Dinner here in 2022, it was so good, we came back, sorry just wasn’t as good this time.

                                                        To be honest we were disappointed. We came for Christmas dinner thinking this would be a special night for our family. My kids ordered lobster (this on me tasted pretty good) and prime rib, the prime rib was cold. My husband and I ordered mushroom risotto which was subpar, tasted like boxed risotto with frozen peas and I got 2 mushroom stems. I had about 1/4 of my meal but couldn’t eat anymore. Dessert was also just OK. One of my children has Celiac, we asked what he could have on the menu. Our waiter went to ask the chef and came back and said he could have everything on the menu. But when I started to ask questions about bread crumbs in the crab cake, or other ingredients the server just said “oh yea I guess not that”. So they really just had no idea at all. In my opinion and experience it was not worth the hefty price tag. We would not come back.

                                                        A perfect Christmas Eve after having landed late in the afternoon and arriving at the hotel. Waiter and entire staff were warm and caring and the food was really well prepared and flavorful. Thank you Coral Reef Sheraton for a great first night on Maui.

                                                        Three of the four entrees were cold ! We sent two back to kitchen And the potatoes came back still cold ! Very tasty food but ruined by time it took From oven to table !!
