Warm and intimate neighborhood kitchen and gathering place offering seasonally-driven, globally-inspired flavors by Chef Javier Villatoro. Starting in his home country of Honduras, and spending 15 years as a chef in San Francisco, Coray Kitchen tells the story of how migration shapes who we are, and influences the flavors we find on the plate.

Located in the heart of Delmar, NY, Coray Kitchen delivers an elevated dining experience, fresh oyster bar, craft cocktail program, and down-to-earth atmosphere for the greater Capital Region. Indoor and outdoor dining available.

Specializing in farm-to-table, New American and California Cuisine, with a focus on scratch cooking.

Outdoor seating is seasonally available on our covered patio. Reservations can not be guaranteed if the patio needs to close due to weather related events. We always recommend bringing layers to stay warm on cooler nights.

We had a fantastic time exploring the new menu. The vegetarian in our group was blown away by the tofu bowl and made us all taste it-- and it really is stellar. Everything we ordered was truly excellent, with subtle flavors, surprising ingredients, and perfect textures.

As always, another delightful meal. Food and service are always great at Coray. The special pasta dish wish lobster was delicious. First time having their lamb meatballs, a deconstructed take on gyros, and it also delicious. the special empanada appetizer was also good.

Amazing experience; spring menu was beyond delicious. Service is exceptional (Zan was our server and she’s so attentive, informative, etc.), decor and the fresh flowers add such a personal touch. Love Coray Kitchen!!!

Food was fantastic, drinks were unique and servers were very attentive. Would just say portions are small (drinks included) for price paid.

Excellent and impeccable service. Awesome varied menu. My burger was great but the lobster wagyu burger concept was hard to eat. Next time, I’ll have to evaluate whether I am up to the challenge. My husband’s steak was amazing though..

Another delicious and unique dining experience at Coray Kitchen! The food, staff, and liveliness of a busy dinner hour all contributed to the perfect evening. Make your reservations early, you don’t want to miss the new seasonal menu. The only struggle is deciding what to order because everything is amazing!

Everything was excellent EXCEPT...the 2 Waygu & Lobster Burgers @ $34 each were requested as 'medium and 'medium rare'. Both came out without a hint of pink and were 'medium well' to 'well done'. The roasted carrots with ricotta/burrata was excellent. Th Lamb Meatball plate was delicious too. The straight up Bombay very dry Martinis were also quite good. Our waitress apologized and comped us 2 desserts for the burgers.

I have been to Coray Kitchen many times and look forward to my next dining experience. The food is like nothing else around. We especially like our server, Zan. She is a great asset to the business.

It’s so nice to go out and dine and have everything live up to your expectations and beyond. I would definitely revisit and I’m looking forward to another fabulous evening at Coray!! so ready to recommend to all of my friends!!!
