Just opened in Union Market!
Cordelia, a name whose origin in some Celtic cultures means “daughter or heart of the sea”, draws on regional culinary influences from Spain, Portugal, Asia, and the Americas – focusing on areas that use high heat charcoal to coax the best out of fish, alongside a diverse offering of conserva, crudo and cured seafood.

Happy Hour Monday thru Friday from 4-6 pm and late-night.
Weekend Brunch begins Sunday, January 12, from 10am-4pm.

The food was amazing. I had the mushroom cassoulet and it was warm and comforting. I ordered the giant cinnamon roll for the table and it was more than enough to share. We also ordered the bass with brown butter and it was seasoned and grilled to perfection. The service was excellent and our server was super informed about items on the menu and made sure we were in the know about certain items that had known allergens. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience

Cordelia is a welcome addition to the Union Market area. Surprisingly warm feeling ambiance for a seafood/cold bar, welcoming, with good service. The menu is initially a little hard to get a feel for but overall we enjoyed the majority of our dishes. The Portuguese style elevated canned goods are not to be underestimated. Looking forward to go back for half price oyster happy hour.

For only being open for a month and a half… everything was on point. Food and service were amazing. Will def go back. Sea Bream, calamari and roasted oysters were stand outs. Our server, Edwin, was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about all the food… how it was cooked, some background stories, recommendations… he is a gem!

The food at this restaurant is undeniably delicious, with a wide variety of dishes prepared with care and bursting with flavor. However, the service left something to be desired. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, the wait time for our food was longer than expected, which slightly dampened the overall experience. If you’re not in a hurry and prioritize great food over quick service, this spot is worth a visit.

The space was very well done, beautiful and stylish. The fish was delicious, as were the other dishes. The staff and service were friendly and quick!

This is our second time at Cordelia and both times the experience has been phenomenal. The food is delicious, and the staff are so welcoming and attentive. We will continue to go back and couldn’t be happier that it’s in the neighborhood.

Glad we went for the first noontime Sunday brunch. Service from Venita (and others) was excellent and the place wasn’t so crowded that we couldn’t hear one another. It’s a huge space with high ceilings where voices can be obscured. I ate roasted oysters - would have been happy with two orders of them. They were that good. My friends had breakfast foods plus calamari and beets. All tasty. I also ordered a lobster roll. The lobster meat was sweet - only wish it had come with something other than salty potato chips - maybe coleslaw or a small salad or better still a deviled egg. Parking was not easy - rode around and around looking. A space became available just as we had decided to park in a garage. The bar is huge with a great many bottles on display. Cordelia gives the impression that it’s really a bar which can also serve you food with your beverages. The mocktail with apple cider and lemon was delicious.
