We haven’t dined here in over a year and were looking forward to it. Unfortunately we were quite disappointed in our food quality. They have a new chef we were told and the food was mediocre without a lot of flavor. Our favorite pastry chef is no longer there as well. Unfortunately we will not be back.

This is technically a golf course restaurant with a country club vibe. We started with happy hour. Tobin was the Bartender and he knew what he was doing. Drinks were excellent. Aida was a server and was very pleasant to talk to. The bar menu for happy hour is excellent. However, we didn’t eat because we were eating dinner there later. At dinner I actually had the burger with bacon/avocado. OMG. EXCELLENT. My girlfriend’s dinner was the short rib bolognese. Also excellent. Our server was Jessica. So pleasant and knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. She convinced me I wanted the large prawns on the side. Not a mistake. They were excellent. The entire staff was like a well oiled machine. It was such a pleasant dining experience. Was it cheap? Nope. But that’s on me. We are staying at TCI so we could walk to the restaurant and imbibe to our heart’s content. We will be back.

Excellent food and service. Aida was our waitress and she was very helpful, attentive, and patient with our little ones. It was a beautiful dinner. The fried calamari were well cooked and not gooey, very good. The pork chop was delicious, well seasoned, tender. The lamb shank was so ridiculously tender. My kid cheeseburger was seasoned and well grilled.

Nicole was great, provided the best recommendations. We sat on the patio because they’re surprisingly dog friendly. Can’t wait to go back to try more of the menu.

If you're looking for a comforting mini getaway dining experience, The Cork kitchen is a must. Scenery overlooking beautiful stream and vineyards along with abundance of maple trees make the overall experience soothing and relaxing. The overall menu is delicately managed as it is subtle in variety. The ambiance is great, it's rather delicate noise levels make the dining experience comforting but loud enough to feel at ease. Make a visit and enjoy. Totally worth it.

The duck and salmon were great! The only problem is that it was the smallest piece of salmon I have ever had for $49.00. The portions or price need to be better before we will come back. The waitress and hostess were also great

We tried again taking into consideration last mishap , I ordered the New York. It lacked flavor and was tough, otherwise everything else was perfect, hubby got the braised shank did not disappoint ! As for our server Jessica and Carter! You two once again were amazing, on top of recommendation’s and service, it was good to see your smiling faces! You two who we looked for walking in! Thank you both!
