   Corrida staff gave us great recommendations about their appealing and original menu. Each plate was special and delicious. The ambiance was hip and yet relaxing. Views of downtown Boulder were also nice. Look forward to returning!

   Staff is fantastic. They are really a great example of professionals acting together. The unfortunate weak spot was the $135 American Waygu Strip Steak that was seriously undercooked (purple vs a normal medium rare) and had tough sinew at one end. When I go somewhere for a special occasion, I am not willing to affect our nice evening to return it to the kitchen or complain in general. Everything else was excellent!

   One of the best dinners I have had! Beautiful ambience and views, food was amazing and our waiter was exceptional! Excited to come back when we visit next.

   Loved our experience! We were eating there for a business dinner and had a couple special requests, one being a vegan friendly request. They were SO accommodating and wonderful. Made the dinner selection a breeze. Would definitely go back.

   An exquisite dining experience. The octopus was hot off the grill, smoky, and full of flavor. The pan, with its pimento butter, was worth everything. And the light sauce on the tenderloin made it taste like a steak au poivre. Very delightful!

    Corrida in downtown Boulder has an mazing location with great views. The service is amazing. The ambiance is top notch. What hurt the experience for me was the food. We ordered a tapas of prawns that was supposed to be on the bigger side to share. The plate came with two prawns. More suited for one person. While it was good, it literally was two bites. Everything is a La carte. I totally understand for a steakhouse of this quality. My tenderloin came out on the cold side. Well cooked but I had to ask the waitress if the sauce was supposed to be cold. They brought another one and it felt the same. We ordered ensalata and patatas bravas to share. I guess for the price I would expect the salad to be better. The patatas bravas were good. They did give us a discount and again overall a great experience. I just wish the food/price value was better. Maybe it’s just me and I expect to be wowed at a restaurant who’s prices are on the higher end.
