I made the reservation two weeks ago and I got a confirmation that my table was ready before arriving and when we get to the restaurant, we still had to wait 15 minutes and everyone’s just standing around, not acknowledging us, and then we got stuck in a table behind a palm tree in the corner. We couldn’t see anything. There was no ritual. I didn’t even see the ritual. We were seated behind a palm tree in the corner by the door. It was cold, dark and we felt excluded from the restaurant ambiance. Not a good first visit. The waiter was very nice, but he would not come around often. Our dessert came with. No spoons. Waiter kept apologizing and saying he couldn’t pay attention to us, because the restaurant was very busy.

Everything was good except where we were seated. They sat us in the middle with little to no space. I kept getting bumped by the waiters, I had the waiters butt in my face while eating.

This was my first time going. The customer service was very exceptional, the ambiance definitely sets a romantic vibe as well. Spilled my Long Island, that had no issue with cleaning it up, and brought me another one out without asking nor charging me so of course it was only right to give the waiter a good tip. We will be back again

Service was incredible and our server Megan was fantastic! The ambiance was beautiful and DJ played great music. The food was really good and they even gave us a mango sorbet with a candle to celebrate my birthday. I would definitely go back to celebrate any special occasion. Perfect for date night or girls night!
