   Il ristorante Cotto &crudo è un vero Michelin star ,piatti favolosi cito Scallops in the shell da 10,Octopus Terrine,King krab aglio&olio buonissimo,Seabass &Sicilian Prawn , Suckling Pig da 10 ,il dessert eccezionale anche x l'impiantamento Kiss from Gianmarco (pastry chef,)voto 10 e lode. Vista dalla terrazza superba sul castello! Il servizio eccellente ,molto attento e collaborativo nella scelta dei piatti. Che volete di più?

   Esperienza negativa non altezza di Four Seasons , pesce non buono , servizio scadente, camerieri disattenti , ambiente freddo, mandato indietro 1 piatto , nessun attenzione e scusa.

   Posto accogliente e tranquillo,dove cenare e poter chiacchierare senza voci chiassose e rumorose,piatti ben serviti e molto gustosi specialmente il polpo scottato e grigliato servito su un purè di piselli ed una fresca e colorata insalata con cialde di tapioca.......buonissimo!!!!!!Anche il risotto allo zafferano,particolare e raffinato,anche il branzino e i dolci!!!!!!!Lo consiglio vivamente!!!!!!

   We had a lovely experience. From the moment we entered the restaurant we felt that we are being taken care of. The approach of our waiters was professional, friendly but not overreaching. The food was high quality, tasty and unique in terms of plating and complex in taste. Great atmosphere and seating options. Thank you Denys, Petr, Maria for enabling us to have this experience.

   Slowest service at a Four Seasons that I’ve ever had. We chose this for my birthday lunch and were very disappointed. Won’t be back and don’t recommend.

    The staff always saves our table until the end. Even after the reminder is delivered.Food is served at the end. We were the first group of guest to enter. The stuff didn’t told me about after meal wouble be have coffee& tea . Why I choose your restaurant, because I trust you . But this time I’m very very very disappointment. >_<
