Huge disappointment. Had reservations for four on Saturday night December 14th at 7:00. Four adults. We were denied entry since two of us did not have a physical ID on us but had it on our cellphones. We have dined at the restaurant in the past and we weren't asked to present ID's. They turned us away after having driven for 45 minutes to get there and we could not get reservations elsewhere as it was prime time on Saturday night. Shame on you, management and ownership for treating your guests so poorly.

Made a reservation for 6:45 and took 20 minutes to get seated. They were seating people before my party and forgot about us.

The restaurant as a whole is very beautiful and well presented. Our waitress was super nice and personable. The person helping her was a bit rude. When someone accidentally called him Austin, instead of Justin, he stood there and ignored them for a few minutes then turned around and said, did you mean Justin? in a very rude tone. He knew everyone was speaking to him and he was standing inches away. Kind of started it off on a sour note. We started with the shrimp cocktail and oysters Rockefeller. The oysters were overloaded with spinach you couldn't taste oysters. The shrimp were pretty small and just like what you would find in the grocery store for shrimp cocktail. For our main course, the lamb chops were over peppered to a point you couldn't eat them. The potatoes with the short rib were cold when you bit in to them, and the Brussel sprouts also had a ton of pepper on them to the point you couldn't eat them. The whipped potatoes where good. Overall, this would be a skip for me. I would travel up the road to Ruby's or Ruth Chris if I am spending that kind of money. It was not horrible food, just not great for what you would expect when you spend $500.
