   COUNCIL OAK STEAKS & SEAFOOD at HARD ROCK SACRAMENTO - SIMPLY AMAZING, from craft cocktails Old Fashioned & Manhattan, Wine List we had a CAYMUS RED SCHOONER MALBEC & PRISONER, Appetizers were great starters Crab Cakes-Pork Belly-Calamari!! Entrees Sea Bass-RIB EYES-Shot Ribs all cooked to PERFECTION! Bananas Foster, cooked at the table was worth a STANDING OVATION! Server Jackie & HR TEAM were tremendous! Family visiting from Boise & Santa Rosa were BLOWN AWAY - TOP SHELF EXPERIENCE!! COUNCIL OAK ABSOLUTELY ROCKS John - YUBA CITY

   We went for Prime Rib Sunday Special. This is worth every penny. They do a great job on prime rib and a really nice salad with it.

   Our first visit to their restaurant, and it won’t be our last. The meal was excellent, so was the service and ambience. Meal portions were great, very filling, able to fill the togo container.

   This is the second Sunday in a row that we’ve gone to the council oak steakhouse, primarily for the prime rib special. Last night it was very good and cooked just perfectly. We were very happy.

   Very nice and consistent dining experience. We shared a boneless rib eye, Brussels sprouts, au gratin potatoes and the wedge. Everything was cooked well. The steak had a nice crust but wasn’t as tender as some steaks I’ve had here previously.

    Excellent service. Callie was so nice. Prime rib dinner was fantastic. So nice to have somewhere close to go for an Excellent meal and service. They made it extra special for our anniversary. Thanks for the dessert.
